Planning for Off-Road Fun
If you're a jeep lover, or thinking about making the switch, you'll be ecstatic over all the parts and accessories you'll find at Just For Jeeps. You're familiar with the names-Wrangler, Grand Cherokee, Liberty, Compass, Patriot, and Commander. And, when it comes to organized vehicle clubs, Jeep takes the prize hands down. There's a lot of fun in off road events for both fans and jeep owners, and this is one of the biggest benefits in having a 4x4. It's best to be prepared before you take your jeep off road, and that means having a checklist prepared-no matter where you're headed or how long you're planning on being gone. The first thing is to check is your vehicle's condition. Listen for any strange sounds that might come from the axle and differential areas. Check belts, hoses, brake lights, cooling and heating systems, the thermostat, transmission, engine, carburetor and so on. In short, check the entire vehicle. Never leave home without a toolbox and a working set of tools. Things happen when you least expect them to, and the right tool can literally be a lifesaver when you need it. Taking along safety gear should be a top priority. If you or another person are injured in a remote area, having safety gear on the spot can prevent the situation from getting a lot worse. Your safety gear should also include first aid kit items also. Make sure you balance out the load of things you pack. Extra weight can cause a lot of stress on car components, and poor balance conditions. Remember, be safe-you're out and about to have fun.

What's The Best Luggage for The Road Trip?
The luggage you carry is a matter of personal taste and choice. With a jeep, it's best to keep the luggage both functional and practical. For starters, you might want to take advantage of the Jeep Oxygen 22" Duffel Bag. The word is that the manufacturer has discontinued it, so you might want to make your bid before they're all gone. This luggage is small and rugged enough to go anywhere you go, and for the guy or gal that owns a Jeep-that might just be anywhere. This is sturdy stuff that literally take a beating. The Jeep Islander Luggage Set is also a set the manufacturer has discontinued. This is a rare find in any venue. Don't even think on taking a trip in the jeep without it. It's got everything you need to make the trip an enjoyable experience. You might even say the Islander Luggage is user friendly. Just check out the amenities. It's water resistant, and comes with inline skate wheels, front zippered pockets, central locking, back rail bumper guards, and removable shoulder straps to name a few. In short, it's got everything you'll need to survive all the fun. You may not think about it now, but some essential items to take in your luggage include a cell phone and a flashlight. Make sure you have a method of charging your cell phone too, otherwise, what would be the use in toting it along? It's advice to pack a wardrobe that you can go anywhere in, and since you're going to be off road, make sure the clothing fits the conditions. Your shoes should be both comfortable and able to get the job done. Have fun on the excursion, and make sure you take the most suitable luggage and pack it with the right clothing and utensils.

Did You Know Jeep Makes Watches?
You know that Jeep makes a great vehicle and a lot of cool accessories but did you know you can wear a Jeep on your wrist? A Jeep watch is more than a time keeper that is merely constructed in the Jeep style or has a Jeep logo simply pasted on a watch face. These watches are made to be durable and look good on your wrist. The Jeep watches are made just as tough as the Jeep vehicles. These fun watches are made from premium grade stainless steel and are water resistant to five atmospheres of pressure or 165-feet underwater. If you aren't in the market for a watch yourself but you need a great gift, there is a Jeep watch to match every personality. Some are simply elegant and will look great with a pair of jeans on a weekend jaunt. Other designs in the line are made to not only keep accurate time but made to perform other functions such as a tachymeter for measuring how far you have hiked on a particular trail. Moon phase timers, aviation functions and world timers are all available as options on these many designs. All of the Jeep watches come in styles designed for both men and women. If you're stumped what to get your favorite person who loves the outdoors or avid fan of diving for their next birthday or other special occasion, give them the gift of a watch that will last for years to come and always look sharp on their wrist. Road Tripping This Spring?
You can't plan for an emergency situation to happen, however you can be prepared in the event one does. Getting stranded on the roadside can be frustrating at best and if you have items in your Jeep to help you get out of the situation, it will go a long way towards keeping a weekend jaunt from turning into a disaster. A roadside safety kit is just a smart idea for anyone who travels a lot or even just a little. A good roadside safety kit will include tools for those unexpected emergencies such as gauge jumper cables, a large fleece blanket in case it is cold when the unexpected strikes, leather gloves, multifunction flashlight and 2"x 20'recovery tow strap which will come in very handy if you get stuck in the ice or mud. The Jeep Roadside Safety Kit comes packed in 2 large multi-pocket nylon tool bags and is emblazoned with a Jeep & Trail Rated logo. Other smart additions you can add to your automobile to handle emergencies include a spare tire and make sure it is inflated. A good number of people have spare tires but don't think ahead they may not have access to air when it comes time to use it. A GPS is always a handy device to have if you travel frequently and if you get stranded, it is easy to give your exact location. A can of oil, brake fluid, fix a flat, and an empty gas can are also really valuable items to have along for the ride. You can fit these few extras in a small box in your trunk next to your roadside assistance safety kit and you will truly be ready to handle anything that the unexpected throws your way when you're traveling and get back on the road quickly.
