Flaunt Your Jeep Pride With Signs and/or Plates

It is a very well known fact that if you are a Jeep fanatic, then you will really want to do everything in your power to show it off as much as you possibly can. It is almost as if there is some sort of close bond or camaraderie that comes about once you join the realm of other Jeep owners. You are all very proud of your link to the incredible history of the Jeep and what such an entirely incredible vehicle can do for you. Taking the time to flaunt your love for the brand can be quite an easy task, especially if you can get your hands on some of the great signs and plates that are available.

If you are looking for a cool way to show your dedication, then you can always get one of the Jeep license plates or even one of the nice license plate frames with the Jeep logo. However, if you are looking for a little more, there are always the ultra-bold Jeep signs that are guaranteed to tell all of those who are around you where your loyalty lies. For example, you can always get the Jeep Reserved Parking Diamond Plated Sign for your parking spot at home. This way, everyone who arrives at your door can see your thoughts loud and clear.

Such a great sign can even be a perfect gift for the Jeep owner in your life. At the bottom of this particular sign, it even tells you that any other vehicles besides a Jeep will be towed. This is surely a unique and playful way to show your pride in the Jeep name!

Be Prepared for the Unexpected

The very nature of an emergency is that it is unplanned and usually urgent. You can't plan when or where it will happen to you but you can be smart and plan ahead in case you get stranded on the road when you're traveling.

A roadside safety kit is just a smart idea for anyone who travels a lot or just a little. A good roadside safety kit will include tools for those unexpected emergencies such as gauge jumper cables, a large fleece blanket in case it is cold when the unexpected strikes, leather gloves, multifunction flashlight and 2"x 20'recovery tow strap which will come in very handy if you get stuck in the ice or mud. The Jeep Roadside Safety Kit comes packed in 2 large multi-pocket nylon tool bags and is emblazoned with a Jeep & Trail Rated logo.

Other smart additions you can add to your automobile to handle emergencies include a spare tire and make sure it is inflated. A good number of people have spare tires but don't think ahead they may not have access to air when it comes time to use it. A GPS is always a handy device to have if you travel frequently and if you get stranded, it is easy to give your exact location.

A can of oil, brake fluid, fix a flat, and an empty gas can are also really valuable items to have along for the ride. You can fit these few extras in a small box in your trunk next to your roadside assistance safety kit and you will truly be ready to handle anything that the unexpected throws your way when you're traveling.

Ride Your Way to Fitness!

It's no secret that riding a bike is a perfect way to get fit. It is fantastic exercise for both your legs and upper body as well as great for getting a good cardio vascular workout. Best of all you can determine how hard you want your work out to be, you can choose biking paths with a lot of uphills for maximum resistance training or you can just enjoy a leisurely ride through your favorite park or other scenic area.

Riding a bike has been shown to lower blood pressure and in many cases will jumpstart a metabolism that has been slowed down due to a sedentary lifestyle. Bicycle riding is also a great way to spend time with your kids. It can be a lot of fun to hit the trails with your children and spend some quality time just enjoying each other's company. With everyone's busy schedules including work, school, sports and extra curricular clubs and activities; sometimes quality family time gets pushed by the wayside.

The Jeep Comanche Sport Men's Bike is a great bike for tooling around the bike trails or use this very affordable mountain bike to climb your favorite steep trails. It has 18-speed Shimano gears, linear pull brakes, a comfy Jeep MTB saddle and easy riding fat MTB tires for added stability and durability. The frame of this bike is Jeep-tough and is a hard welded hard tail frame.

If you're ready to get fit and do it in style, add bicycling to your workout regimen a few nights a week and include the whole family; you'll see the results in both a better body and a happier family!

Add a Jeep Watch to Your Wrist

You already love your Jeep and you love your Jeep accessories. Did you know that Jeep makes a cool line of watches?

These are a lot more than watches that are merely constructed in the Jeep style or simply have a logo pasted on the watchface. These watches are made to be durable and look good on your wrist. The Jeep watches are made just as tough as the Jeep vehicles. These fun watches are made from premium grade stainless steel and are water resistant to five atmospheres of pressure or 165-feet underwater.

There is a Jeep watch to match every personality. Some are simply elegant and will look great with a pair of jeans on a weekend jaunt. Other designs in the line are made to not only keep accurate time but made to perform other functions such as a tachymeter for measuring how far you have hiked on a particular trail. Moon phase timers, aviation functions and world timers are all available as options on these many designs.

The Jeep Divers Watch is an outstanding creation. The Divers watch has a built in chronograph to always keep accurate time and it is water resistant to 20 atmospheres of pressure or roughly 220-feet. The Diver's Moonphase watch has a classic design and will look as good on your favorite diver's wrist in the board room as in a neoprene suit at 60-feet underwater exploring his favorite reefs.

If you're stumped what to get your favorite person who loves the outdoors or avid fan of diving for their next birthday or other special occasion, give them the gift of a watch that will last for years to come and always look sharp on their wrist.

Getting Fit After Baby

One of the hardest things to do after you have a baby is lose that baby weight. Most women put on 30LBS or more during their pregnancy and a few lucky women just lose their baby weight naturally and in a short period of time, others find that is not the case.

However, there are a lot of things you can do to jumpstart your body to lose that baby weight. If you modify your diet and cut out the junk and processed foods. Say no to fast foods as one commercially produced garden salad with chicken can have over 700 calories and that definitely more than you need to be consuming per meal, and get rid of the candy and between meal snacking - you will have gone a long way towards losing your baby weight. If you've been given the okay by your physician to exercise, now is the time to start. It's not easy during the first few months when you have a new baby to work in an exercise program with your already hectic schedule but it can be done and it is even easier if you make baby part of it the program.

The Jeep Overland Jogging Stroller is a smooth running, 3-wheeled jogging stroller that has some great features such as a lightweight frame, Music on the Move, large basket and gear pockets to hold extra water for yourself and any baby things you need to bring along such as bottles, diapers, wipes, and other necessary items that can be needed at a moment's notice. There is also a trip odometer that monitors both speed and distance during your jogs. The baby is held in the stroller by a 5-Point safety harness and this stroller collapses for easy transport.

A Jeep Overland Limited Jogging Stroller is the perfect way to spend time with your little one and get the necessary exercise you need. If the weather is nice, take your baby to the park for a jog. She'll get to see the outdoors and fresh air and you'll get to work on whittling down your waistline and being a healthier mom.
